There are various herbal classes and events happening at Ceratonia Gardens throughout the year, ranging from a herbal garden walk to a full day herbal class or a 5 day residential immersion for herbal students and practitioners.

Spend the day exploring one health topic in depth, through the eyes of a medical herbalist.
Each herbal therapeutics class provides a herbalist's approach to navigating and supporting a key element of our health. With over 22 years of working with people and plants, Daisy brings a physical, emotional, and spiritual perspective to whatever we are exploring that day, sharing the many ways we can work with plant medicine and how doing so can help us take sovereignty of our own health.

The morning begins with a guided walk of the gardens with Daisy. She will teach about the medicines of the trees, plants and foods at Ceratonia, based on her extensive clinical knowledge and deep personal relationship with the plants she grows.
After the walk, we come together for a Tea Sensing workshop, Daisy's most simple yet profound way of connecting with a plant. Sitting with our cup of herbal infusion, we slow down enough to really notice: the smell, the taste, the way the body responds, the shift in how we feel. It is here that the walk's learning moves from knowledge into experience, grounding what we have gathered about a plant's healing qualities in something felt, not just understood.
The session ends with a vegetarian buffet lunch prepared by our chef Corey, using seasonal, local ingredients.

We will spend the day with a plant, learning about the plant by doing a tea sensing, spending time with the growing plant, discovering the different ways it can provide medicine and support, and more... We will be out in the gardens and the day will be a lovely mix of inquiry, gaining facts, curiosity, intuition and developing practical skills.

5 DAY RESIDENTIAL INTENSIVE
Clinical Herbal Immersion

This is a 5 day programme at Ceratonia Gardens for herbal students and practitioners who want to expand their clinical skills.
During this time together, Daisy shares her key practices and experiences of being a full time clinician for over 22 years. We focus on clinical skills, but also on being a herbalist and all that this means: your connection to the plants, your connection to yourself, and your capacity to hold space for others.
