There are various herbal classes and events happening at Ceratonia Gardens throughout the year, ranging from a herbal garden walk to a full day herbal class or a 5 day residential immersion for herbal students and practitioners.

Spending the day with a wonderful herb

We will spend the day with a herb, learning about the plant by doing a tea tasting, spending time with the growing plant, discovering the different ways it can provide medicine and support, and more...

We will spend the day delving into a key aspect of our health. Beginning with an exploration of why imbalances may occur, we then turn to the herbs, learning about their healing qualities, experiencing a tea tasting and discovering the many ways they can support and restore. Woven throughout the day are practical tools and exercises to balance your system.

Includes a delicious vegetarian lunch, a herbal preparation to take home and a detailed digital therapeutics handout.

The Ceratonia Experience

10:00 - 14:30

The morning begins with a guided walk of the gardens with Daisy. She will teach about the medicines of the trees, plants and foods at Ceratonia, based on her extensive clinical knowledge and deep personal relationship with the plants she grows.

The walk will be followed by a hands-on workshop on herbal salt. After the workshop, there is a vegetarian buffet lunch prepared by our chef Corey, using seasonal, local ingredients.

Includes a delicious vegetarian lunch, a herbal preparation to take home and a digital handout.

5 DAY RESIDENTIAL INTENSIVE

Clinical Herbal Immersion

Dates for 2027 to be announced.

This is a 5 day programme at Ceratonia Gardens for herbal students and practitioners who want to expand their clinical skills.

During this time together, Daisy shares her key practices and experiences being a full time clinician for over 21 years. Clinical therapeutics and skills as well as self-care practices needed to support yourself as a practitioner will be discussed.
