Herbal Therapeutics
Classes
Spend the day exploring one health topic in depth, through the eyes of a medical herbalist.
Each herbal therapeutics class provides a herbalist's approach to navigating and supporting a key element of our health. With over 22 years of working with people and plants, Daisy brings a physical, emotional, and spiritual perspective to whatever we are exploring that day, sharing the many ways we can work with plant medicine and how doing so can help us take sovereignty of our own health.
The class runs from 10:00 to 17:00, and includes a beautiful vegetarian lunch prepared by chef Corey, a herbal preparation to take home, and a herbal therapeutics digital handout to keep exploring after the class ends.

PreMenopause
Supporting the hormonal transition into menopause.
A natural change is taking place in the body; hormone levels shifting as women move into a new phase of life. It is a journey, a process of change, and the mind, body, and spirit adjusting to it can be challenging and disruptive. Immune Support
Herbal support to strengthen, restore and prevent.
Our immune system needs the right environment to maintain health and fight off illness. Herbs help create that environment, supporting the body's own resilience. This class looks at how we can strengthen and restore immune health, and what it means to work with plants preventatively, rather than only reaching for them once there is illness.
We will discuss herbal protocols and strategies for three different needs: prevention, chronic states, and acute or SOS situations — building a practical toolkit for supporting immunity through the seasons.
