It is amazing and incredible to think it has just been one year since we moved to Ceratonia, living in our tepitent and properly experiencing the land for the first time. So a year on and we are living in the Centre that we have built, the gardens are transforming, friends and family have come to visit and given great positive feedback. Volunteers are coming and helping, the clinic has started, we have had our first Plant study and many people showing a keen interest in coming and learning about herbal medicine. And all this time we have been experiencing the wonderful and beautiful Portugal. Wow!

Finally the rains have stopped for the moment and some of our roses are blooming and the Wild Jasmin is glorious with its yellow flower.
Everywhere has a lush greenness and now with some sunshine I think we will see a few more flowers come into action!

The final render started this week which is great, looking good. We have ordered the tiles for the terrace from a traditional tile maker, they will I hope be ready end of January.. The rain has slowed some gardening work down, hard work managing the thick sticky clay!!
